Document signed by Josiah Burchett (c.1666-1746), Secretary to the Admiralty (1694-1742)
The Admiralty Commissioners desire that a Valuation be made of all such Prizes taken in the last War and delivered to the Naval Officers at several Ports in HM's service. Their Lordships require an Account of the Valuation of these Prizes, and the quality and condition of them, as to their Hulls, Stores and Rigging, and when they were delivered to HM's service.
