Letter from Luxembourg, arrived yesterday, went from Liege to Huy, Namur, Dinant, Givets and back to Namur doing all the work he intended, hard travelling, goes on to Treves, then Coblentz down the Moselle, he is anxious over Hay’s bill, travelling is expensive but he is being economical.
