1811 April 13, booklet titled ‘Printed Books, Manuscripts and Pictures left and presented by Mrs Maskelyne at Flamstead House for the Use of the Royal Observatory, April 1811’, signed for by John Pond; looseleaf page inside ‘Inventory of Furniture’, valuation of books in the catalogue of 50 pages, £530, by Thomas Payne, Pall Mall, March 7, 1811. Also included is Small red accounts booklet, containing list of medals, portraits, correspondence and certificates received by NM, with it is some hand drawn pictures. Heading says list was made by Margaret Maskelyne, but handwriting is more likely to be Thereza Story-Maskelyne’s.
