This is to inform you that the MONCK and MORDANT have put into Plymouth and need refitting. I desire you let me know where these Ships may be dispatched, observing that the ST. ALBANS and DOVER are already refitting at Plymouth, so they may not be able to refit soon there.
These Ships, together with the ADVICE and KINGFISHER, are to cruise in the Soundings as soon as possible.
