By a Warrant from Arthur Herbert (now Earl Torrington), Admiral of the Fleet in the Narrow Seas, dated May 2nd 1689, Thomas Horner was appointed by him to be Provost Marshall of the Fleet, which he performed from May 2nd 1689 to October 2nd 1689, the time of his discharge from the ELIZABETH.
We direct you to make him the same allowance for that time as others have had in like cases.
