I am sending a Copy of a letter from the Commander of the CADIZ MERCHANT Fireship in Sandwich concerning the condition of the Ship. Direct that you cause her to be supplied from Deal or otherwise with such Ground tackle as you deem necessary for her security, and that you advise to what place she should be ordered for her speediest refitting, so that she may proceed according to former orders.
