We direct you cause such of their Majesties' Ships which have returned from the West to Spithead to be surveyed by the Portsmouth Yard Officers and an Account returned to this Board of their respective defects, what time it will take to repair them, and which Ships should have these repairs effected at either Portsmouth or Spithead.
