We direct you to give immediate directions for supplying their Majesties' Ships at Spithead which are designed for the Straits with Admiral Russell, and those for the West Indies under the command of Captain Lawrence Wright, with such a proportion of Provisions as will complete what they now have to the quantity we have directed you to supply for these services.
