I am commanded by the Admiralty Commissioners to enclose to you a Warrant for impresting Riggers into their Majesties' service at Chatham, and direct you to hand this to Mr Gregory, the Commissioner there, in order to his directing it to such person as he shall think fit to employ and put the same into execution.
