We have received notice from the Victualling Commissioners that the sum of five thousand pounds was appointed yesterday for the service of victualling their Majesties' Navy. We direct you to cause the said five thousand pounds (according to the desire of the Victualling Commissioners) to be imprested and paid to Mr Philip Papillon for these services.
