We direct you to hire a Smack to imprest Men for the HOPE, now at Spithead.
We also direct you to cause the Provisions on board the hired Ships GEORGE and PRINCESS ANNE at Spithead, and the SUCCESS at Plymouth, to be completed for eight months, and if the Ships cannot stow the same, Captain Wright, C-in-C of the Squadron going to the West Indies, will take care to put it on board some of the Ships going there under his Convoy.
