Upon a Survey taken of the FORESIGHT, you have reported her condition such as to render her unfit to proceed on her intended voyage to the West Indies. We direct you to cause the MORDAUNT to be fitted in her place, and supplied with Stores and Provisions for that service, and if possible she be sheathed this approaching Spring.
