Understanding by a letter of yesterday's date from Captain Abraham Potter, Commander of the CONSTANT WARWICK, then in the Downs, that he needs three Cables, and in case you have not been informed, the Admiralty Commissioners give you notice that she should be supplied by sending them to her in Margate Roads, she having been ordered to proceed with a Convoy to Ostend with several Merchant Ships.
