The Admiralty Commissioners direct that you ask the Victualling Commissioners if the Provisions for the SAMUEL & HENRY and the SCEPTRE have gone to them at the Buoy of the Nore. If not dispatched you should hasten them so they may proceed on their voyage to Virginia. I desire you give me an answer as soon as convenient.
