In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In pursuance to Orders under HM's Signet to this Board we direct you to sign a Bill on the Treasurer of the Navy for paying to the Earl of Torrington the sum of three thousand pounds for the Levy Money of their Majesties' first Marine Regiment, and a Bill for a similar sum to the Earl of Pembroke for the Levy Money of a Marine Regiment.
As this service is not part of the Ordinary charge of the Navy, you are to cause an estimate of the charge to be presented to us in order for our obtaining the Money.
