In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commissioners for Victualling have written concerning the need for Storehouses at Plymouth to lodge Provisions needed for Ships in that Port. There is a possibility of building three Storehouses for three hundred and fifty pounds, and there is a necessity of paving the Yards belonging to he Victualling Office there, they being very muddy and dirty.
It will be of great use to have a Boat of about four tons to carry out Victualling in that Port, saving much expense.
We direct you to order the three Storehouses to be built, the Yards to be paved, and a Boat to be provided.
