In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We understand by a letter from the Treasury Secretary, Mr Jephson, that Alderman Herne has promised their Lordships to give Credit to Vice Admiral Killigrew at Cadiz for the sum of six hundred pounds to buy Brimstone for the use of the Navy, over and above the sum of one thousand pounds Credit already given him.
We direct you to take this Credit and send it to Vice Admiral Killigrew, to whom we have given orders to use this money for Brimstone for the use of the Navy, and to order the bringing of the same to England in some of their Majesties' Ships under his command.
