In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to cause the Fireship OWNERS LOVE to be fitted at Portsmouth for Channel service, and furnished with four months victuals for her highest complement with all dispatch.
We further direct you to cause such of the Men that lately belonged to the hired Ship SUPPLY, who are willing to serve in the LENOX, to be sent down to Chatham and entered on this Ship, allowing them Conduct Money, and causing them to be paid their Wages for their service in the SUPPLY when the LENOX will be at the Buoy of the Nore.
You are also to give Orders that the Soldiers being sent by {Cott}. Granville to the LENOX to secure the Men he will get, be victualled during their continuance there.
