In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Lawrence Wright, C-in-C of the Squadron bound to the West Indies, has by his letter of the 16th inst; to our Secretary, given us an account of the Provisions wanted to complete their eight months Provisions. We are sending enclosed a Copy of the said account and direct you to hasten the victuals to the Ships needing Provisions, letting us know the reason for the great delay.
