The hired Ships SAMUEL & HENRY and SCEPTRE are in the Downs and ready to proceed on their voyage to Virginia. Captain Dilkes has informed the Board that the DIAMOND Merchant Ship that has part of these Ships' Provisions on board has not yet come to him.
The Commissioners direct an inquiry to be made of the Owners of the DIAMOND and hasten them in dispatching her to the Downs.
