In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Richard Kirby, Commander of the hired Ship SUCCESS at Plymouth has informed us that she needs Stores to enable her to proceed to the West Indies. We direct you to cause her Owners to supply these Stores with all possible speed, and if not possible at that Port, you should order her to be supplied out of the King's Stores there, the value thereof to be deducted from the Owners out of the freight due for the Ship.
Mr Richard Culliford has petitioned us for an allowance for his Service as Judge Advocate in Lord Berkeley's Squadron. We direct you to cause the usual allowance in the like cases to be made to him for his Service.
