Lieutenant Charles Brittiffe lost in the Prize ship BLADE OF WHEAT, since cast away at Plymouth, the Journals which he kept when he was Lieutenant of the WOOLWICH and ST. ALBANS. The Admiralty Commissioners are on that consideration pleased to dispense with that part of his Instructions which require his delivering such Journals into this Office.
