His Majesty has remitted the Fine of Captain Charles Skelton of nine months of his Pay as Captain of the CONSTANT WARWICK Guardship, which was laid on him by sentence of a Court Martial dated February 20th 1688 on the occasion of a difference between him and Sir William Jennons.
