The Lord Bishop of Exon, Vice-Admiral of the Southern Parts of Cornwall, complains that his officers are discouraged by them not having been reimbursed for money expended in pressing seamen. Reimbursements to be made forthwith and measures taken for the speedier reimbursement of such expenses in future.
