Enquiry is to be made concerning the fitting of the DREADNOUGHT at Portsmouth at the time she was ordered to proceed to the Thames. The Admiralty wishes to know whether her Works had been completed and whether she had been supplied with the Stores necessary to ensure her safety for her change of Station.
