In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Dutch Man-of-War PROVINCE of UTRECHT commanded by Captain Johan Convent and now at Portsmouth is to be supplied with Stores, provided HM Service is not compromised. The Stores which are listed on the reverse are to be paid for on delivery. Similarly, the STAD en LANDE at the Buoy of the Nore is to be supplied from Dutch Stores landed at Chatham. Proper vessels are to be used in transferring the Stores to the ship the hire of which is to be paid for by Captain Taalman.
