In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Requiring fifty extra Seamen to serve in Ordinary at the Yard in Portsmouth. At a meeting at the Admiralty the Navy Board have informed the Admiralty that the VICTORY is past rebuilding. The CAMBRIDGE and the WARSPIGHT have been ordered to be rebuilt at Merchant Yards in Woolwich but the Navy Board is to advise whether one or both should receive that treatment.
