Enclosure: Copy of a letter from Mr Blathwayt at Whitehall in which he asks that the Admiralty appoint certain members of the Navy Board for attending Council on Monday in order to brief the Committee for Trade and Plantations on what arrangements have been made and Orders given concerning the transportation of Recruits for the Duke of Boltons Regiment in the West Indies, including submitting the names of the Masters of the ships selected to receive them.
