In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Master Shipwright at Woolwich has given his opinion regarding the rebuilding of the VICTORY and CONSTANT WARWICK. An Order is given for the VICTORY to receive two decks as for a Third Rate with a large Quarter Deck and Forecastle. The CONSTANT WARWICK is to be rebuilt as a Fifth Rate with only one tier of guns as per the recently built new Fifth Rates.
