In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The WOOLWICH, now in the Downs, has been ordered to proceed to the Nore where she is to be carefully surveyed for defects by qualified Officers from Chatham Yard with a view to establishing whether she is in a proper condition to go to sea. If it is judged that she needs to be docked, the Navy Board is to state which Yard she is to go to.
