In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The RICHMOND ordered to proceed to Sheerness and the SWIFT Prize to Plymouth are to be fitted for service in the Channel. Orders are given for the work to be put in hand as soon as the ships arrive at their respective Ports and supplied with Stores and three months Provisions.
