In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Sir Francis Wheeler, Captain Tyrrell and Captain Good have informed the Admiralty that a number of Volunteer Seamen have come forward and that they are prepared to employ them. An Order is given for the Seamen to proceed to Chatham to assist with the fitting out of the First and Second Rates there; and afterwards to be entered aboard the ships under the command of the Officers mentioned above.
