In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Navy Board has made recommendations as to the number of Men and Guns required to equip the DREADNOUGHT bought from Sir Henry Johnson at Blackwall. A very wide variation is shown in the numbers of Men required to crew her at home at the present time and the number required in times of peace. Instructions are given for her to be established with the highest number of Men.
