In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Dover is to be cleaned and refitted at Plymouth for service in the Channel and supplied with three month's Victuals. The wages due to the Officers and Company of the DARTMOUTH are to be paid up to the time she was lost. The Officers and Company, but not the petty officers, of the FORESIGHT are to be turned over into the DREADNOUGHT as soon as she is in a condition to receive them. When they are in the latter and at the Nore they are to be paid the wages due to them for their service in the former. The Yachts attending His Majesty to Holland are to be provided with fitting Standards and Colours.
