In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Edward Green, a Shipwright, has notified the Navy Board of considerable quantities of very good Timber and Plank as well as standing Oak in woods in Wexford, and that it may be had at advantageous prices, and in view of the great scarcity of good timber in England, and in view of the Board's suggestion to send a knowledgeable Shipwright with Mr Green to Ireland to join Mr Chudleigh the Master Shipwright at Kinsale to prepare the frames of two new ships using that timber in order to save both land and water carriage
