In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Navy Board has informed the Admiralty of the failure of Colonel Churchill, late Commander of the WNDSOR CASTLE, in several of the Articles of the Lord High Admiral's instructions when in command of that ship. The Admiralty having now received promises from Colonel Churchill for better performance in future, an order is given for his wages to be paid.
