In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Requiring the ST ANDREW to be fitted out for service in the Channel with her highest complement of Men and supplied with four months' Victuals. The crew of the PLYMOUTH are to be turned over into the VANGUARD. The recently acquired Ketches used for pressing Men are to be sent down to Sheerness and are to be supplied with a month's Victuals for sixty men. The Smacks and other small recruiting vessels are to go to Gravesend and are to be supplied with a month's Victuals for thirty men. The names of all of these vessels are to be given to the Admiralty.
