In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Up to two hundred Men of the RESOLUTION commanded by Captain Stanley are to be turned over into the ROYAL JAMES now fitting out at Portsmouth and requiring a suit of Penants to be supplied to the RUPERT including Dutch, Ostend and French colours for the use of ships of the Mediterranean Squadron. Some Distinction Penants are to be given to the Commander in Chief, Captain Aylmer.
