The Earl of Nottingham has informed the Admiralty that Sir Paul [Rycart], HM Resident at Hamburg, has paid a sum of money to persons in Gluckstadt owes by Seamen of the BERKELEY CASTLE while she was in the river [E…]. An account is called for from [Rycart] and care is to be taken that deductions are made from the Semen's pay before the matter is settled.
