We direct you to sign Bills on the Treasurer of the Navy for the Pay of the Earl of Torrington as Admiral of the Fleet from the 20th April last, the date of his Commission, to the 6th of August following, the date of the Joint Admirals Commission, according to the same rate at which his Lordship was last paid.
