In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have appointed Lambert Blackwell as their Majesties' Consul at Leghorn to take care of furnishing any of their Majesties' Ships which come into that Port with such Stores and Necessaries as necessary for them to be supplied with. You are to give directions to Mr Blackwell for providing the Stores and Necessaries in such a manner as shall be best for the Service.
