In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you in the victualling of their Majesties' Ships for this year's service, to cause one quarter part of Beef usually allowed the Men to be supplied by Flour and Raisins, so that on one of the two Beef days in each week, instead of two portions of Beef to a Mess, they may have one portion of Beef, three pounds of Flour, and one pound of Raisins, not of the worse sort than Malaga Raisins.
