We direct you to cause the Captain, Lieutenants, Master and all other Officers and Company ( excepting the Standing Officers) belonging to the YORK, to be turned over into the PLYMOUTH, and the said Ship's Captain, Lieutenants, Officers and Company (excepting the Standing Officers) to be turned over into the YORK, with all possible dispatch.
