In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
This Board having directed Dr. Wellwood, one of the Commissioners for Sick and Wounded Seamen, to inspect the Medicaments that are to be sent in the Hospital ships appointed to attend the Fleet this year, to see that they are proper for the service of these Seamen, we direct you to give Orders that Dr. Wellwood may accordingly have the inspection of the said Medicaments.
