In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to report to this Board how much their Majesties' Charge will be lessened by reducing the several Ships following to lesser Rates, according as mentioned hereunder.
The St. GEORGE to be reduced to a second Rate; the MONCK,PLYMOUTH, YORK, LION, MONTAGUE, MARY and DUNKIRK to fourth Rates, and the CHARLES, MARY, JAMES GALLEY, PHOENIX, NONSUCH and ASSURANCE to fifth Rates.
