We direct you to cause such further number of Men to be entered on the Fireships now fitting out to Sea as needed to make up the complement of Men allowed them.
You are to cause to be built with all possible dispatch, either in one of their Majesties' Yards, or in some Merchant's Yard, a Brigantine to row with twenty four oars, of the dimensions mentioned in the Estimate of the Charge of such Vessels, which you sent to us in your letter of the 18th inst.
