We direct you to hire a fitting Vessel at Plymouth or a nearby Port, to be sent as an Advice Boat to the West Indies, causing all possible dispatch to be made in getting her ready to proceed on that voyage, and sending us an account of her Name, and of the Master, and when she will be ready to sail.
