I received your letter of the 23rd inst; with the Estimate of the Charge of the extraordinary repairs performed on the BRITANNIA, and also of the rebuilding and fitting for Sea of the ROYAL OAK, which being confirmed by the Admiralty Commissioners, I return them enclosed.
