In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Officers and Companies of Ships and Vessels now in Pay in Channel service to be paid such Wages as are due to them to October 1st October 1690.
Also that the turned over Men on board any of them be likewise paid their Wages in any Ship to that time .
In the execution of these orders you are to proceed first to paying the Ships appointed to the Main Fleet and sent to the Buoy of the Nore with all dispatch, according as Money shall be furnished to the Treasurer of the Navy, for which you should make application.
