Sir John Molesworth, Vice Admiral of the north parts of Cornwall, advises me that his deputies are discouraged in the service of pressing seamen this year for want of money they have disbursed in that service for the past 2 years. The accounts have been given into your office and I ask you let me know the reason the disbursements have not been paid.
